Looking for an HR Generalist that has experience in doing all aspects of HR!

Currently, we are seeking a HR Generalist to join our team. This person will work out of our corporate office in Dublin, OH. The Director of HR will create and implement all HR strategies for the organization, including:As a member of the HR Team, you will provide human resource services to all corporate and field based employees. Responsibilities include Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and projects as directed.

• Recruiting Support
o Recruit and provide hiring assistance to all departments
o Manage job posting process, and ensure positions are strategically posted
o Source candidates for open positions
o Screen and Interview candidates for open positions, including background and reference check process
o Manage open position report
o Manage and facilitate corporate employee on-boarding program

• Benefits Administration
o Verify eligibility of associates for specified benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.); notify managers of employee’s eligibility for specific benefits; handle enrollment paperwork.
o Enroll employees in 401(k) plan and monitor benefits. Initiate all employee rollovers and withdrawals.
? Process and maintain files for 401K loans and hardship withdrawals.
? Review loan delinquencies on terminated associates’ balance reports.
o Respond to worker’s compensation and unemployment claim requests.
o Process and maintain associate STD, LTD and Life claim files. Communicate with associates and beneficiaries regarding the claim process.
o Prepare, verify, and reconcile specified monthly benefit billings with deduction records for accuracy. Request checks for payment.
o Handle escalated benefit questions, call insurance carriers when necessary.
o Coordinate and manage open enrollment meetings with staff for educational purposes and counsel associates on changes to plans.

• HR Compliance
o Review, update and maintain Employee Handbooks
o Maintain employee files
o Process Leave of Absence requests and documents
o Keep up to date on all benefit legal issues and ensure OAC compliance with FMLA and COBRA.

• Employee Relations
o Be a resource for corporate departments on employee issues
o Responsible for Initial intake of employee investigations/litigation
o Initiate and complete exit interviews for all employees. Provide reporting to VP, General Counsel on a quarterly basis.
o Initiate and complete termination process.

• Talent Management
o Create and/or update position descriptions
o Assist with creation of performance review form
o Insure the timely and thorough administration of our performance management practices, (i.e. monitor, track and review all performance evaluations for employees).
o Assist with development of competency models for all roles
o Provide facilitation support (Management Development, Sexual Harassment, etc.)

• Office Administration
o Manage Front Desk Receptionist
o Assist HR Director with office facility needs, seating plan design, etc.
o Oversee office equipment lease and purchase negotiations

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
• Bachelor Degree
• 2-4 years HR Generalist experience
• PHR/SPR preferred
