Small Civil Engineering firm (appx. 50 employees) seeks an experienced HR manager to develop/maintain our HR program. Responsibilities to include payroll administration, recruiting/staffing, performance management, compliance, reporting, policy development/implementation, employee relations, communications, compensation and benefits administration, and employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.

Education, training, experience:
Highly self-motivated, proactive and energetic self-starter
Ability to work individually and as a team member
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5 years of experience in corporate human resources preferably within
the civil engineering industry.
