This HRM role will provide essential HR leadership to North America, and serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for the Business Leaders who have activities in this Region.
Responsible for executing the overall human resources strategy required to optimally support Esko’s business goals within the Region.
Responsible for the establishment & delivery of a broad range of HR services to ensure people, compensation & development strategies are aligned to corporate objectives.
Develop a Human Capital Culture that stimulates innovation and an engaged workforce.
Main responsibilities and key activities:
Responsible for the human resources management of Esko North America, in close cooperation with Esko Corporate & Danaher’s HR practices;
Member of Esko Americas management team;
Supporting strategic business decisions, actively involved in budget plans and daily management;
Responsible for the compensation, benefits and retention policies & practices;
Supporting talent, performance & organization review processes and follow-up on agreed actions;
Responsible for manpower resources planning & recruitment;
Responsible for accurate salary budgeting, variance, and headcount analysis related SG&A cost controlling
Responsible for associate related policies and procedures;
Responsible for HR related legal matters & cases;
Responsible for maintaining a healthy work environment in the facilities, including Health & Safety;
Support the HR community within DHR and other Opco’s in the Region
Education, training, experience:
Qualifications and professional knowledge:
Broad HR leader experience of at least 8 years in a technology company, with strong experience in performance management / talent management practices
A decisive individual who possesses a "big picture" perspective and is well versed in organizational and human capital development.
Preferably Master degree in HR, Business, Psychology or Economics
GPHR or SPHR certification preferred
