Join our high performance team focused on building relationships with associates and exceeding client expectations!

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Assists in the administration of employee benefit programs
- Processes benefits enrollments, terminations and changes
- Ensures all paperwork is received with regard to employee on-boarding and terminations
- Conducts new employee orientation
- Provides excellent employee relations services
- Answers manager questions with regard to policies and procedures
- Maintains compliance with employment related laws and regulations
- Interprets and educates employees on company policies based on Employee Handbook, hands-on training and company practice
- Updates HR systems as needed
- Assists management in data collection, reporting and analysis
- Helps to manage building operations, security, and vendors (cleaning, electrician, document destruction)
- Responds to requests for employment verification
- Responds to unemployment compensation information requests
- Helps to process payroll
- Relieves front desk staff on a rotating basis
- Coordinates employee events
- May provide general office support with a variety of clerical duties

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or business related field
- 1 to 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Skilled in the use of general computer applications including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of current federal and state employment laws
- Ability to hold employee information in confidence
- Highly organized
- Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems preferred
