Regional HR Manager
Operate as a strategic partner to designated business unit(s) by providing expert advice in all areas of the business, acting as a consultant to influence organizational change, and coaching management at all levels to enhance organizational performance and retain human capital. Provide timely and accurate metrics that assist the business with decision making. Deliver day-to-day solutions and quality customer service. This position is currently an individual contributor with potential for direct reports in the future.
Education, training, experience:
Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience.
Ability to provide consultation, recommendations and metric based reporting to managers and employees through meetings, advisory committees and other forums. Provide practical day-to-day team based solutions and feedback on business unit and individual department performance. Provide expert advice and support in order to mitigate risk.
Excellent communication, analytical ability, ability to build strategic partnerships, handle conflict, coach, motivate and develop others, decisiveness, integrity, problem solving.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners in order to problem solve and drive results.
