Responsibilities
• Oversee the company’s employee benefit programs including contract administration, renewal, billing, and enrollment. Benefits include wellcare, life, voluntary vision / life, 401K, and medical insurance.
• Oversee benefit compliance and reporting with all state and federal regulations
• Maintain knowledge of benefit program trends and best practices among similar organizations.
• Manage vendor relationships
• Responsible for wellness programs and initiatives.
• Assist and support all areas of the Human Resources department

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
Knowledge / Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Management /or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of human resource management
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Problem solving ability / resourcefulness
• Solid computer skills including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and business focus
• Team player
